Officially launched in May of 2026, L'CARP was created with one goal — removing invasive Asian Carp from Louisiana's waters to protect our native fish species.

Run by Inversa, a multi-state invasive species management company, L'CARP is a team of elite fishermen.

L'CARP is run by Roland Salatino, one of the founders of Inversa. From Texas originally, Roland has seen the damage that invasive boar caused on his family ranchland. Today, Roland has run invasive species removal efforts with Burmese Python, Asian Carp, and Lionfish across multiple states and regions.
